Back by popular demand! This year we will hold our cohort at Ken's Garden Center in Wasilla. 
Double Extract Tincture Making Class with Herbalist P. Gabi Chai Bird. In this class we will create our own Organic Cane Ethanol Tinctures utilizing a variety of 10 different Herbs and Mushrooms. We will learn about the medicinal properties of each herb and mushroom and we will decide in class one focus herb per student. During the first class we get to know each other while we prepare our ethanol extract, allowing  it to set for the month until our second class. Each student will bring home their focus herb or mushroom and prepare their hot water extract before second class. During second class we blend, strain, bottle and label our beautiful hand-made tinctures to share so that each student goes home with 10 distinct, professionally labelled tinctures in amber glass apothecary bottles upon graduation! We only utilize organic and wildcrafted herbs for this class. Learn and build community with this high-value class!
